For best results

1. Use a large pot to ensure enough room for water and pasta as pasta triples in size when cooked
2. Proportion: One litre of water for 100g of pasta
3. Add salt to boiling water
4. Add pasta once the water reach the boiling point and stir occasionally to prevent sticking
5. Cook uncovered according to suggested cooking time of 9 minutes
6. Blanch with cold water, strain and serve with your favourite sauce
