We are only shipping to Singapore based residents.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be practising contactless delivery. As a vegan business, we strive to also minimize waste in the packing and delivery process, which means that we will not use any single-use plastics during the delivery process. We will leave the bag/ box at your doorstep and we ask for your cooperation to unload your order into your own container. Rest assured that:

1. All our bags and boxes are washed and sanitised using food grade sanitiser

2. Delivery staff wear face masks at all times during the delivery process and uses hand sanitisers prior to handling any groceries. 

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
