We are only delivering to Singapore based residents.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability, and the cut-off time is 7am.

We will be practising COVID-safe deliveries. Rest assured that:
1. All our bags and boxes are washed and sanitised using food grade sanitiser.
2. Delivery staff wear face masks at all times during the delivery process and use hand sanitisers prior to handling any groceries.
Flat-fee of $10 for island-wide deliveries.
Delivery fees are waived for orders above $50 (after discounts).
Cancellation/ Editing of Orders
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your order edited/ cancelled at any time before 12pm on the day of your chosen delivery slot.
If you edit your order and the total amount is less than $50, delivery charges apply.
There is a fee of $6 for order cancellation.
Change of Plans?
We understand that sometimes your plans may change. In the event that you have a change of plans and you are not able to receive the goods during the chosen time slot, you have 3 options:
1. Ask a friend or neighbour to receive the delivery
This is by far the best option. Just ask a friend, family member or neighbour to receive the delivery. Seek their consent first of course! And then provide us with their contact number and we will do the rest.
2. Reschedule your delivery
If you want to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at email@example.com at least 3 days before the day of your chosen delivery slot.
If you choose to reschedule the delivery within 3 days of your chosen delivery slot, there will be a rescheduling fee of $6.
Why is there a fee? We know schedules can change, but unfortunately, cancellation or rescheduling of a booking causes us to lose a valuable slot which we can use to serve another customer.
3. Leave at door
You may also opt for us to leave the grocery bag at your door. We do not usually recommend this because food products are heat sensitive. However, if you are sure you will be back soon, you may opt for us to leave the grocery bag at your door.
If there are any frozen or chilled items, let us know 24 hours before delivery. We will arrange to place the items inside a cooler box with ice packs.
There is an additional deposit of $5 for the cooler box. The deposit will be refunded when the box and ice packs are returned to us (in good condition) at your next order.
A photo of the grocery bag will be taken and we will seek your acknowledgment over phone. Everyday Vegan Grocer will not be liable for lost, damaged or spoilt goods.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
