Discover a wide range of vegan grocery and household essentials, including local and regional producers, as well as imports from the USA, Australia, and Europe that are harder to find or not available in local retailers. Brands like Just Egg, Miyoko's, Earth Balance, Follow your Heart, Tofurky, Tofutti, and many newer and exciting brands.

What is the difference between VIP𝑒𝒶 membership and the Everyday Vegan Discount Club?

The Everyday Vegan Discount Club offers an enhanced experience and wider product access compared to VIP𝑒𝒶 membership. With a successful crowdfunding campaign, we'll revamp our catalog with unique products and feature a community discussion forum on our dedicated website for recipe sharing and idea exchange. Join us for a seamless and diverse vegan membership experience.

How long does my membership last?

Upon public launch, Discount Club memberships will be renewed on an annual basis. However, as part of our special pre-purchase arrangement, we're offering memberships for 1 and 2 year memberships. 

I would like to get the multi-year passes but I may be leaving Singapore!

Memberships are transferable. If you wish to sell or gift your membership, please contact us. We'll arrange the transfer for a small fee of $10 for annual passes.

How will I receive my membership pass?

Your membership pass is digital and linked to your website account. If you receive the 'lifetime pass' reward, you'll also receive a physical certificate.

Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Absolutely! If you plan to back our campaign and gift the membership to someone else, simply email us for a membership transfer. This is free if the membership is unused. If used, a small admin fee of $10 for annual passes or $50 for lifetime passes applies for membership transfer.

What are the perks of being a member beyond the discounts?

How soon can I start using the discounts after joining?

We estimate a timeline of 3 months to launch our new platform and 6 months to onboard our new catalog. In the meantime, you'll gain access to our current membership system (VIPea pass) and can enjoy 20% discounts on our regular items at everydayvegangrocer.com or at our 43 Haji Lane store.

How are you able to offer such significant discounts compared to other retailers?

By shifting our profit model away from traditional retail mark-ups and operating on membership dues, we can provide wholesale prices to our members. As our membership base grows, we can negotiate better prices from suppliers, passing on additional savings to you.

What happens if a product or service I want is not currently available in the club?

You can make a request through our customer service chat. Please understand that availability may be affected by shipping delays and constraints from overseas manufacturers/suppliers. We also need to ensure inventory stability and avoid waste, so not all items can be guaranteed to be in stock at all times.

How often are new products and services added to the discount club?

The Everyday Vegan Discount Club is a dynamic platform, constantly seeking out new and innovative products. We aim to be adding new products on a monthly basis. With a strong membership base and community, we continuously source the region for even better options to strengthen the vegan supply chain for everyone's benefit.

I'm not a vegan. Why should I join the Everyday Vegan Discount Club?

You don't have to be vegan to enjoy the benefits of our club. Whether you're a flexitarian or someone interested in reducing your environmental impact, our club provides an opportunity to make small but meaningful changes. Are the discounts applicable worldwide or limited to specific regions?

Version 1 of the discount club will be accessible only in Singapore. However, we envision expanding the Everyday Vegan Discount Club regionally with your continued support in the future. This will form version 2 of our platform.

What does the future hold for Everyday Vegan?

We're planning for growth and expansion. Initially, we'll focus on leasing a warehouse and a cold room to increase our product variety. Over the next 5 years, we aim to evolve into a regional e-commerce retailer. We hope to collaborate with emerging vegan brands globally to ensure quality vegan products at great prices.

How sustainable is the business model of Everyday Vegan?

We believe in the sustainability of our business model. Our VIP Discount Club operates on a membership model, which provides consistent support for our operations. This model enables us to continually negotiate the best deals and source a wide variety of quality vegan products.

How does the Planet Points system work?

Earn 1 Planet Point per $2 spent at our store or $5 at partner restaurants. A maximum of 1,000 points can be earned per month from partner spend. Each 100 points equals $1 in store credit. Points expire in 1 year. Submit same-day receipts to earn points (limit two per day). As we refine this program, these terms may change, so stay tuned for any updates. By participating, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions, ensuring the program remains sustainable and beneficial for everyone.
