Wimbledon meets Kyoto? Our cucumber extract captures the essence of fresh cucumber peel through a Victorian copper distillery. It accentuates the delicate floral notes of yuzu. We reckon it's time to level up your G&T without the sugar-laden tonic. We use top grade yuzu juice procured from small orchards and blend it with yuzu oil extract.
We do not use a drop of lemon juice or 'natural' flavourings to synthetically create the taste of yuzu. We use deionised apple juice to give body and a hint of sweetness. None of that liquorice tasting stevia.
