Yuzu with some heat. We didn't want the ginger overpowering the yuzu to end up with another non-descript ginger beer. With just enough spice the yuzu still comes out top. It’s refreshing on its own but also pairs extremely well with whisky. We use top grade yuzu juice procured from small orchards and blend it with yuzu oil extract.
We do not use a drop of lemon juice or 'natural' flavourings to synthetically create the taste of yuzu. We use deionised apple juice to give body and a hint of sweetness. None of that liquorice tasting stevia.
Each bottle has a calorie count equivalent to half a banana.
