We’ve scoured Japan for the best umé plum extract. This little fruit is used to make plum liqueur known as uméshu. Umé plum exudes the fragrant intensity of a ripe apricot with vanilla notes. As a mixer, we recommend pairing it with rum. We use top grade yuzu juice procured from small orchards and blend it with yuzu oil extract.
We do not use a drop of lemon juice or 'natural' flavourings to synthetically create the taste of yuzu. We use deionised apple juice to give body and a hint of sweetness. None of that liquorice tasting stevia.
Each bottle has a calorie count equivalent to half a banana.
