R'ice cream is made using traditional gelato technique, which means a lot less air, and a lot richer in flavour and denser with ingredients. No stabilizers, no preservatives. Treat them like that peach you got in the fruit aisle. We recommend you eat it within a week from date of opening! Made using natural organic cane juice, organic brown rice milk, and unrefined organic cane juice.
