Gianduja - the inspired addition of hazelnut to chocolate. Born out of necessity in Napolean's era (a way of making the chocolate go further) we created a white chocolate version of this recipe by adding organic Italian Piedmont hazelnuts to natural Madagascan cacao butter, which allows the roasted hazelnut flavours to shine. Stoneground to smooth heaven for a few days, the chocolate has a lovely melt giving a very satisfying experience for mind and body. No-one makes white Gianduja like Solkiki!
