Noodle: Wheat flour, Bambara groundnut (kacang poi) flour, legume proteins (lupin and/or pea), vegetable oils (coconut oil, sunflower oil), pumpkin powder, guar gum, beta-carotene, salt, carbonates (potassium, sodium), annato

Seasoning: Maltodextrin, spices and herbs (coriander, cumin, ginger, chilli, nutmeg, turmeric, cardamom, clove, onion, garlic, paprika), sugar, iodised salt, yeast extract, potassium chloride, silica, citric acid, ascorbic acid, fermented Bambara groundnut flour, Bambara groundnut flour, curry flavour, smoked paprika, soy sauce, hydrolysed vegetable protein, shallot oil.

Sauce: Sweet soy sauce (sugar, soy extract, water, salt, caramel, citric acid, xanthan gum), soy sauce (water, soy sauce powder, salt, yeast extract), capsicum oleoresin.

Oil: shallot oil, chilli oil

• Cook noodles in 500ml of boiling water and let simmer for 3 - 5 minutes.
• Mix the seasoning (A), sauce (B) and oil (C) in a bowl while noodles are cooking.
• Strain noodles, mix well with all seasoning and serve!
