Cheesy Fusili with Brocollini

Carbs donโ€™t have to be boring for a vegan ๐Ÿ’š ; shake things up โœจ with our yummy fusilli and broccolini recipe! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients:

Method:

Pasta (recommended: Fusili)

  1. ย Prepare pasta according to instructions on the packaging
  2. ย Leave in cold water to stop the cooking process so that the pasta does not get too soft

Sauce

  1. In a large saucepan, fry half an onion (minced) with 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and pour in the case of oat cooking cream. Simmer until the cream sauce starts to boil
  3. Add chopped brocollini to the sauce and 1 cup of nutritional yeast (for cheesiness)
  4. Add the pasta into the cream and stir-fry the pasta until the pasta mixes with the sauce evenly
  5. Serve!
