1. What are the delivery fees and options available?

  • Self Pick-Up: Opt for our self pick-up service for orders above $50. Simply choose a pick-up slot that's convenient for you. Plus, as a token of appreciation for choosing this eco-friendly option, you'll earn an additional 50 planet points!
  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose a delivery slot that suits you best. This service is priced at a flat rate of $10. But, if your order is above $80, you won't have to pay a dime for delivery.
  • Express Delivery: Need something urgently? Opt for our express delivery. Orders placed during our opening hours (12-8.30pm daily) will be at your doorstep within 3 hours. If you place an order outside these hours, rest assured, it will be delivered by 2pm the next day.
2. How do you ensure the quality of my goods during delivery?

  • We prioritize the quality and safety of your items. Our cold chain is rigorously maintained throughout the delivery process to ensure freshness.
  • For utmost hygiene, all items are securely packed inside bags or carton boxes to prevent any contamination.
3. How will I know when my delivery is arriving?

  • On the day of your delivery, we'll send you a notification with an estimated delivery time.
  • There's no need for you to sign upon receiving your items. Instead, our drivers will capture a photograph of the delivered goods at your address as a proof of delivery.
4. What happens if I'm not available to receive my delivery?

  • Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes while attempting to contact you.
  • If you give us the green light, we can leave your items at your doorstep. However, please note that any cold items left this way are at your own risk.
Without your consent, we'll make arrangements to redeliver your items.
5. What are the terms for redelivery?

  • Redelivery charges are as follows: $6 for standard, $10 for scheduled, and the regular fee for express delivery.
  • We'll make a redelivery attempt within 7 days of the initial missed delivery.
  • Please understand that we cannot offer refunds for missed deliveries. However, if you prefer, you can collect your order from our store located at 43 Haji Lane.
6. What if there are missing items in my order?

  • We strive to maintain a consistent inventory, but occasionally, items might be missing. In such cases, we'll promptly refund the amount for the missing items. If this adjustment causes your order to fall below the threshold for free shipping, we might ask you to either top up your order or cover the delivery fee.
7. Can I cancel my order?

  • We understand that plans change. However, due to our commitment to process and pack your orders swiftly, we can only accommodate cancellations on the same day the order is placed. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team.
