3. Membership & Purchases
3.1 Contract: By purchasing a membership or placing an order, you enter a binding contract with Everyday Vegan Pte Ltd.
3.2 Charges: You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes.
3.3 Membership Details: Memberships renew automatically until canceled. Fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Permitted Use: Services are for personal, non-commercial use and must comply with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Use: Do not infringe on intellectual property rights, harass others, use unauthorized accounts, or purchase in bulk for resale.
5. Membership Details
5.1 Membership Requirement:To benefit from the Services, you need to sign up for an Everyday Vegan Discount Club Membership. All Membership Fees are paid in advance. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel your Membership at any time, but fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.
5.2 Trial Memberships: We may offer trial memberships. Billing starts after the trial ends unless canceled.
6. Modifications & Errors
6.1 Service Changes: We may limit, discontinue, or impose conditions on any product, service, or promotion.
6.2 Corrections: We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
7. Pricing & Savings
7.1 Membership Benefits: With a single membership tier, members gain exclusive access to all items at discounted pricing. These discounts are not seasonal and are available to members throughout the duration of their membership.
7.2 Exclusive Discounts: All discounts are exclusively for our paying members. Members can enjoy savings of up to 30% off on a wide range of products.
7.3 Benchmark for Discounting: For products imported exclusively by Everyday Vegan and sold at our physical shop at 43 Haji Lane, the discount benchmark is based on the retail price at this location. For items available elsewhere in Singapore, the benchmark refers to non-promotional, non-sale pricing at popular supermarkets.
7.4 No Purchase Limitations: Members have the freedom to purchase any number of items at the discounted rate without any restrictions.
7.5 Partnership Discounts: From time to time, in collaboration with our partners, we offer additional exclusive discounts to our members.
7.6 Planet Points Rewards: Members earn Planet Points with their purchases. These points can be converted into discount vouchers at the prevailing rate. The conversion rate of Planet Points to discount vouchers is subject to change.
7.7 Price Changes: Prices for Services and products can change without notice. However, the value we offer our members remains a priority.
7.8 Savings Estimates: While we aim to provide the best savings, projected savings are estimates and are not guaranteed.
8.1 Consent: You consent to receive communications from us via email, push notifications, and text messages.

17.8 Risk Assumption: You specifically acknowledge and agree that your use of the platform and services is at your sole risk and that the platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available."
18.1 Refunds:There is no refund for terminating a membership. The only exception is the 30 day money back guarantee, which refers to new members, and it can only be triggered if you have never shopped or used the service before.
19. Limitation of Liability
19.1 Product Responsibility: We do not manufacture products and are not responsible for product claims.
20. Exchanges & Returns
20.1 Return Policy: Due to our commitment to sustainability and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been shipped. We encourage members to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.
20.2 Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days upon receipt. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Items to be exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging.
20.3 Refunds for Damaged Items: In cases where an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund for the damaged or defective item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
