Terms & Conditions
- Everyday Vegan shall provide 1 (one) set of products for promotion per content. If more supplies and ingredients are necessary for the purpose of generating such content, the content creator shall be eligible for a 30% discount from Everyday Vegan.
- Content shall solely contain the designated product(s) for promotion. Said product(s) are the range of items provided by Everyday Vegan for purpose of promotion.
- The content shall not include nor involve any other products from other vendors or suppliers.
- Commissions are calculated based on the sale made on the products for promotion, using the discount code provided.
- Commissions shall be calculated every 15th of the month and released on the 20th of the same month in absence of disputes.
- Disputes shall be communicated within three days from release of commission notice and settled between Everyday Vegan and the influencer within the next 2 days.
- This contract may be terminated at any time by either party. Upon termination, all benefits shall be simultaneously withdrawn.
- All content shall be vetted by Everyday Vegan prior to posting. Content shall be presented to Everyday Veganβs marketing manager 24 hours prior to scheduled posting.
- The content creator shall ensure that his or her content complies with the following values:
- No animals shall be mistreated in the creation of any content
- No animal-based ingredients shall be featured in any content
- All content shall be family-friendly. There shall be absence of offensive language and actions, sexual references and nudity.
- All content shall be created in respect and consideration of all cultures.
