How to scramble JUST Egg? Scramble JUST Egg like you would any other egg. But if its been awhile, here's a crash course:

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Light coat with butter (vegan butter of course) or oil.

2. Shake the mixture very well, then pour the JUST Egg into the pan. Use a stiff spatula to occasionally scrape and pull the mixture across the pan until the liquid is cooked through.

Tip: Add a dash of black salt (kala namak) to your egg to give it an eggy taste!

Best plant based egg substitute on the market

I love this product! I have tried so many different plant based egg substitutes from different countries and this is by the best in terms of having true egg-like consistency and flavour.

It’s not cheap, but no different to buying organic eggs from Europe or the US I suppose.

If i didnt know, i'd think its real eggs

This was the first thing i ordered during the soft launch. It is as good as everyone says it is. The texture and colour are spot on. It doesn't taste particularly eggy (even though i added black salt), neither does it not taste eggy. I havent had eggs in over 10 years and i would have thought it is the real thing if I hadn't cook it myself. I have made french toast and omelette with it. If you like your scrambled eggs runny, this doesn't quite achieve that (or i don't know how). One carton can make about 8 good-sized omelettes. Will definitely purchase again.
