Ingredients for Organic Scrambled Eggs
- Tofu (Tau Kwa)
- Vegan Butter (Nuttelex Buttery Spread)
- Turmeric Powder
- Nutritional Yeast
- Vitasoy Milk
- Black Pepper
Method
Made by crumbling firm tofu (tau kwa) till you get the texture you want. Gently stir fry in some vegan butter 🧈. Add some turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory, yay!), nutritional yeast (for B12 and some cheesy umami flavor), a splash of Vitasoy milk (or any plant based milk) & mix evenly. Sprinkle some black pepper on top to make it look even more amazing! 🤩🍄
Portobello Mushroom
Portobello mushrooms are baked in the oven after spreading some vegan butter on the mushroom for 10-15mins at 170c
Tempeh Bacon
Cut tempeh into thin slices, dry them on a kitchen towel, then pan fry the tempeh until golden brown & crispy!
Baked Beans
Gently warm up the baked beans over the stove & if you desire, sprinkle some dry herbs🌿!
Plate all ingredients & enjoy them with a generous serving of organic ketchup!
